What is Cardio Dance?
Cardio-Dance combines moderate/low-impact dance aerobics with strength training providing an effective fitness program which can be modified to fit your needs.
Class Format
25 minutes of low impact dance - latin, country, hip hop, flirty girl, etc. ... followed by 25 minutes of strength training, then finishing with 10 minutes of stretch.
Tuesday evening will be body bar night. Using the body bar we will work on core strength as well as upper body.
(body bars are provided at the facility 4, 6, 9, 12, 15 lbs.)
Thursday we will continue to add to our yoga strength and stretch routine. All new students will be oriented to this program. It is a great way to started.
Equipment Required
You are asked to wear comfortable clothing (sneakers are mandatory) and bring with you a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
Cost The cost for a 9 week class is only $60 (for two nights per week). When? How do I register?Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday at the new Chenowith Activity Center. All Classes are from 6:30PM - 7:30PM

Online registration for the Cardio Dance Class is now open. You can pay online with a credit card through Paypal, or mail a check in after registering online.
