This semester we will be adding Flirty Girl Dance moves to the dance portion of the class.

Our Strength Training Session

The Body Bar® is the original weighted fitness bar introduced 1987. It’s encased in high quality rubber for a secure and comfortable grip. User friendly, cost effective and versatile, The Body Bar® can be found in over 20,000 clubs, personal training studios, physical therapy centers, spas, military bases, high schools, colleges and homes worldwide

Body bars are provided by the facility. You do not have to bring your own bar.

Level of fitness recommendations:
Beginner - 3lb & 6lb Body Bars
Intermediate - 9lb & 12lb Body Bars
Intermediate to Advanced - 15lb & 18lb Body Bars
Advanced - 24lb, 30lb, & 36lb Body Bars.

The medicine ball is used in a wide variety of strength training exercises. It can be added to some basic dance moves.  

Medicine balls are provided by the facility. You do not have to bring your own ball. Soft small balls are provided in 4lb. and 6lb. weights as well for those who have concerns about their wrists.

Level of fitness recommendations:
Beginner - 2lb Ball
Intermediate - 4lb & 6lb Ball
Advanced - 8lb - 10lb Ball
