POWER HOUR - CARDIO & WEIGHT TRAINING 

2020 WINTER SESSION

 

Class Format:

Instructor uses a variety of equipment and exercises to keep workouts interesting & challenging.

One-hour workout combines moderate/high intensity cardio training and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout! Classes will also include abdominal work and stretching.  Ages 16+.

 

Equipment Required:

You are asked to wear comfortable clothing (sneakers are mandatory). 

Bring with you a bottle of water. 

Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat for personal use. 

Equipment such as hand weights, weight bars, exercise balls & strength bands are provided. When needed, we have a limited number of steps available for participants on first come basis.

 

When:

Program meets Mondays & Wednesdays (6:30-7:30p.m.) at the Chenowith Activity Center 

    Winter Session: Monday, January 9th through Wednesday, February 26th.

    No classes:

  Chenowith Center Closed for Holiday:

          - Monday, 1/20 - MLK Day

           - Monday, 2/17 - Presidents Day

 

Costs: 

8 calendar weeks, 14 sessions - $70 for both days; $55 for one day/week (either Monday or Wednesday).
