Come join in the fat burning fun! Start with weights for muscle endurance and toning exercises on the floor and using a step. Continue with hi-energy step aerobics using basic and complex step movements. Enjoy getting fit!
 
Ages 16+. Mondays (6:30-8pm) & Wednesdays (6:30-7:30pm),
January 4th through March 14th, at the Chenowith Activities Center (New Fallston Rec).
 
Program combines moderate/high intensity cardio training utilizing a step and Body Sculpting which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout. Classes will includes abdominal work and 15 minutes of yoga/stretching at the end of each class.  A Step is NOT required. Enjoy getting fit!! 
 
Cost is $50 for 10 weeks.  Registration and 1st CLASS to be held on January 4th, 6:15pm at Chenowith Activities Center.  Bring weights, step, and mat!
