AEROBICS - STEP & WEIGHT TRAINING – Fall 2017

 

Program combines moderate/high intensity cardio training utilizing a step and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout!  Classes will also include abdominal work and relaxation/stretching at the end of each class.


NOTE: Facility has several steps and hand weights available for participants on first come basis.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat for personal use.  Ages 16+. 


Program meets Mondays & Wednesdays (6:30-7:30pm) beginning Monday, September 11th through Wednesday, December 13th, 2017 at the Chenowith Activity Center.


$130 for the full session. There is also an option for one day per week participation ($90).
