AEROBICS - STEP & WEIGHT TRAINING 

Winter & Spring 2018 

 

Program combines moderate/high intensity cardio training utilizing a step and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout! Classes will also include abdominal work and relaxation/stretching at the end of each class. 

 

NOTE: Facility has several steps and hand weights available for participants on first come basis. Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat for personal use. Ages 16+. 

 

Program meets Mondays & Wednesdays (6:30-7:30p.m.) at the Chenowith Activity Center 

 

Winter Session 

Monday, January 8, 2018 through Wednesday, February 28, 2018. 

No classes on MLK and President’s Day Holidays. 

 

Spring Session 

Monday, March 5, 2018 through Wednesday, May 23, 2018. 

 

Costs: 

Winter - 7 weeks, $70 for Monday & Wednesday or 1 day/wk $50 

Spring - $120 for Monday & Wednesday or 1x/wk $90 

Winter & Spring Discount – if register for both sessions $180 2x/week; $125 1x/week
