POWER HOUR - CARDIO & WEIGHT TRAINING 

2020 FALL SESSION

 

Class Format:

Instructor uses a variety of equipment and exercises to keep workouts interesting & challenging.


One-hour workout combines moderate/high intensity cardio training and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout wraps up with stretching.  Ages 16+.

 

Equipment Required:

Participants must abide by the Fallston Rec Council COVID Guidelines.

 

Participants must wear masks when entering, walking around, and exiting the building.


You are asked to wear comfortable clothing (sneakers are mandatory). 


Bring your own water and exercise mat. 


Equipment such as hand weights, weight bars, exercise balls & strength bands are provided.  When needed, we have a limited number of steps available for particpants on a first come basis.  Participants will be asked to sanitize equipment after each use.


When:

Program meets Mondays & Wednesdays at the Chenowith Activity Center - activity room/cafeteria.


Monday, September 14th through Wednesday, December 16th.

No class on Veteran's Day, Wednesday, November 11th and the day before Thanksgiving, Wednesday, November 25th.


Costs: 

$130 for full session - 26 workouts. 

 

Due to social distancing guidelines, we will have to limit the total # of registrants, giving priority to 2days/wk.  If space allows we will consider the 1x/wk option.
