Register for VIRTUAL Zumba Dance & Tone classes!

Classes are led by certified Zumba Instructor Carmen Weddle.

What is Zumba?

Zumba is a combination fitness program using Latin and international music to combine moderate/low-impact dance aerobics with toning providing an effective fitness program which can be modified to fit your needs.

Class Format:

45 minutes of low impact dance followed by 15 minutes of toning exercises.

Due to COVID restrictions in Harford County, this class is being conducted virtually via Zoom.

Participants must follow the Fallston Rec Center (FRC) COVID-19 Guidelines which can be found on the FRC website home page.

Equipment required at in-person classes held at the Chenowith Building:

Masks MUST be worn inside the building.  If an individual feels that a face covering poses a safety risk, a mask does not have to be worn during the fitness activity.  This is an individual decision, not a Zumba program decision.

You are asked to wear comfortable clothing (sneakers are mandatory).

Bring a bottle of water.

Bring your own hand sanitizer.

The cost for a 10 week session is $70 for two nights per week; $50 for one night per week (either Tuesdays or Thursdays).

Due to the current COVID Harford County restrictions, classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays virtually via Zoom. Class times are 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM.

The 10 week session is Tuesday, January 5 through Tuesday, March 16.

NO CLASS on Tuesday, January 12.

Zoom meeting access information will be provided to each registrant directly from the instructor via email.

IMPORTANT:  IF COVID restrictions are lifted during this session, classes will resume in person at the Chenowith Center.
